The Woolooga Solar Farm is a 176MWac (214MWdc) renewable energy facility. Located approximately 25kms from Gympie in Queensland, home to Australia’s lush hinterland and agricultural regions.
The solar farm spans across two sites located between the towns of Woolooga and Lower Wonga. On average the Woolooga Solar Farm produces enough clean energy to power the equivalent of approximately 66,104 Australian homes, helping to reduce emissions equivalent to taking 123,025 cars off the road each year.
