NOTICE OF OWNERSHIP CHANGE – WOOLOOGA SOLAR FARM
The community is advised that ownership of Woolooga Solar Farm has transitioned from Lightsource bp to Aula Energy.
All existing planning approvals, development consents, and environmental management obligations remain in full force and are unaffected by this change. Aula Energy has assumed responsibility for the ongoing operation, management, and compliance of the project.
What this means for the community:
- All conditions of consent and management plans continue to apply.
- Existing environmental commitments and monitoring programs are unchanged.
- Emergency response arrangements remain in place during the transition period.
