Aula Energy Welcomes Woolooga Solar Farm
into our Growing Renewable Portfolio

Aula Energy is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Woolooga Solar Farm, a 176MWac (214MWdc) renewable energy facility located across two sites between the towns of Woolooga and Lower Wonga, in Queensland. The solar farm, which has been fully operational since May 2022, now forms part of Aula Energy’s expanding portfolio of clean energy assets across Australia.

Aula Energy develops, constructs and operates clean energy projects that help power Australia’s future. As a trusted partner in the energy transition, we bring long-term investment, strong technical capability and a commitment to delivering shared value for all. Our business model spans the full lifecycle from development, construction, ownership and operation, ensuring we stay deeply connected to the communities and landscapes where we work.

The Woolooga Solar Farm sits proudly within the Gympie region and on the Traditional Lands of the Kabi Kabi (Gubbi Gubbi) people. Aula Energy is committed to working respectfully, transparently and collaboratively with landholders, neighbours, community groups, local councils and Traditional Owners.

As the incoming owner of the project, we look forward to establishing positive dialogue with key stakeholders of the Woolooga Solar Farm and being an active, long-term partner in the region’s clean energy future.
